As an Active REALTOR (R) I  am rarely in the office, I am usually out in the field working with Clients, Previewing Homes, Attending Inspections, Meeting with Clients Lenders and Closing Escrows. 

Therefore, it is important that early on we establish a schedule.  Please understand that I am available to show properties, attend inspections, Lender interviews, and attend your Close of Escrow by appointment only so that I may be able to accommodate all my clients equally. 

Unless the call is in regard to the client I'm currently with I am not always able to take my calls.  My phones notify me immediately,  but my response time can be up to several hours. 

E-mails and faxes are checked throughout the day and will be responded to within 24 hours.
